When we use the reverse tip, the tip often gets stuck and does not roll. When the above phenomenon occurs, we should stop the machine immediately and check the cause. The problem found in the inspection is that the bearing is still damaged at the tip. According to the fault conditions of different causes, it is reasonable and useful to carry out maintenance. The following CNC machine tool accessories analyze the handling method of sudden jamming of the reversing Center:
1. If it is a bearing problem, remove the cover and remove the bearing. On the three jaw self centering chuck, install a casting head to clamp the turning end face, match the inner hole with the top bearing, and control the cooperation gap within 0.005~0.01mm. Prepare a chicken core collet (which can be sleeved on the top), install the chicken core collet on the top and tighten it, then install the cast iron sleeve, put the chicken core collet on the claw, and adjust the small carriage 30 anticlockwise. Adjust the viewpoint to turn. 60 the conical surface can be turned completely. Remove the center and replace it with a new bearing, which can be used after installation. This method is quite laborious.
2. if the reversing center rolls normally, only the tip is damaged. In order to deal with this situation, we turn a sleeve with a bench, screw it on the center with two M10 hexagon socket screws, and then remove the lathe chuck, clean the spindle hole, and the center pierces into the taper hole (if it is Mohs No. 4 center, add a reducer sleeve). Use the dial indicator to calibrate the 60 cone and tighten the 2 M6 screws together. In this way, correct the top briefs. During application, the reverse Center shall be reasonably selected, and the center with low precision shall be selected by rough turning; Fine turning selects the top with high precision.
