The following four points should be done well by the mold parts manufacturers, so it is not a problem to process a high-quality mold thimble. The thimble manufacturers should summarize from four aspects.
1. Consider whether the design of die thimble is reasonable
Processing is carried out according to the customer's drawings, so when a high-quality mold parts factory gets the drawings, it must first judge whether the customer's thimble design is reasonable. If the drawing design is unreasonable, the best processing technology will be useless.
2. Whether the material of die ejector pin is qualified
There must be great differences in the material selection of thimbles in different application environments. Only by selecting appropriate materials can we make the best use of everything and save costs. For example, customers often ask what kind of ejector pin is suitable for high quality hardness. In this case, it is generally recommended that customers use vacuum nitriding SKD61 ejector pin. If the material is not selected well, problems will still occur when it is applied to production. 3. Where should the die thimble be applied
The force and parameters of the die during the use of the ejector pin should be considered. If the stress is concentrated, the force is large, and the parameters are too large during the processing of the ejector pin, the ejector pin will be easy to break and bend, and it is useless to select the best ejector pin material.
4. Considering several basic parameters of die ejector pin
The thimble has its own precision, strength, hardness and other problems. If these problems are handled well, it is difficult to make bad mold thimbles.
